Rob Glushon
VP/Player Development

Rob has over 25 years of coaching experience including at Harvard-Westlake, Campbell Hall and the Chicago Cubs Scout Team in Southern California helping elite high school players being recruited for college and the MLB draft. He oversees RSA camps, private instruction and coaching clinics.

Ismar “Izzy” Ardon,
Director of Operations

Izzy has over 15 years of coaching experience with the Reggie Smith Academy and years of experience coaching high school baseball teams. He earned his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Izzy shares Reggie Smith’s philosophy as a coach and mentor, having attended the Academy himself.
